For $114.99 at NHL.com you can get a blank RBK "Premier" which is the replica version of the RBK Edge.  This jersey can be customized for $50, only you don't get stitched on lettering, you get screen printing.  Screen printing will fade over time, crack and bleed with washing. And don't even think about a dryer or iron, all you'll be left with is a melted plastic mess. The nameplate  stretches from shoulder to shoulder regardless of the length of the name.  Your name could be "Lee" but you still get a nameplate which is 28-30 inches long.
 
RBK "Premier's" also feature an ironed on logo, and screen printed shoulder logos.  Also prominantly displayed on the front of the jersey is a "Jock Tag" which contains a RBK logo and the size of the jersey.  I don't know about you, but I don't want all my lady friends knowing I wear a 3XL jersey.
